ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Every people need management and can find it in
everytime on everywhere. Someone can sayed best manager if suppose he had the
well management attitude. But no everybody that can became as the best manager.
A good manager so must have the good management specially the good leadership,
because of that, he can control all his staff member in performance all the
planning and operation of his business.
Unplanning, each manager surely find the problem
right from his business processing or from his staff member, that must to
finished. But, sometimes they fell difficult to solve it perfectly. By that, a
manager must have the well leadership attitude, and always be optimist, so
surely that he well find the solution of all that.
Now, we are of an english study group have create a
working paper about how about “The Leadership of Management” and “How Useful of
Leadership in Management”. Good study...!!!

LEADERSHIP
Leadership has been described as the process
of social influence in which one person can enlist the
aid and support of others in the accomplishment of
a common task. Other in depth definitions of leadership have
also emerged. Leadership is
organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal in which the leader may or may not have any
formal authority. Students of leadership have produced theories involving
traits, situational interaction, function,
behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others.
Leaders emerge from within the structure of the informal
organization. Their personal qualities, the demands of the situation, or a
combination of these and other factors attract followers who accept their
leadership within one or several overlay structures. Influence is the ability
of a person to gain cooperation from others by means of persuasion or control
over rewards. Power is a stronger form of influence because it reflects a
person's ability to enforce action through the control of a means of
punishment.
A leader is a person who influences a group of people
towards a specific result. It is not dependent on title or formal authority.
Defines an effective leader as an individual with the capacity to consistently
succeed in a given condition and be viewed as meeting the expectations of an
organization or society. Leaders are recognized by their capacity for caring
for others, clear communication, and a commitment to persist.
An individual who is appointed to a managerial position has
the right to command and enforce obedience by virtue of the authority of his
position. However, she or he must possess adequate personal attributes to match
this authority, because authority is only potentially available to him/her.
Leader is who demonstrate persistence, tenacity, determination, and synergistic
communication skills will bring out the same qualities in their groups. Good
leaders use their own inner mentors to energize their team and organizations
and lead a team to achieve success.
Eric Berne
first analyzed the relations between
a group and its leadership in terms of transactional and
transformational analysis,
are :
1. The
transactional leader
(Burns, 1978) is given power to perform
certain tasks and reward or punish for the team's performance. It gives the
opportunity to the manager to lead the group and the group agrees to follow his
lead to accomplish a predetermined goal in exchange for something else. Power
is given to the leader to evaluate, correct, and train subordinates when
productivity is not up to the desired level, and reward effectiveness when
expected outcome is reached. Idiosyncrasy Credits, first posited by Edward Hollander
(1971) is one example of a concept closely related to transactional leadership.

1. The
transformational leader
(Burns, 1978) motivates its team to be effective
and efficient. Communication is the base for goal achievement focusing the
group on the final desired outcome or goal attainment. Transformational leaders focus on
the big picture, needing to be surrounded by people who take care of the
details. The leader is always looking for ideas that move the organization to
reach the company's vision. The leadership motivated excellence leader
(Graen,2012) develops interpersonal strategic alliances.
Leadership can be perceived as a particularly emotion-laden
process, with emotions entwined with the social influence process. In an
organization, the leader's mood has some effects on his/her group. In research
about client service, it was found that expressions of positive mood by the leader improve the performance of the
group, although in other sectors there were other findings.

THE LEADERSHIP
Really, leadership have same meaning
with management, but they also have the different concept to work. Leadership
have function to organize some people of a group, but management have wide
meaning by leadership. Leadership is organizing a group of people to achieve a
common goal, but management is planning, organizing, controlling a group of
people to achieve a common goal too. Although they are have different, but they
just two element that can not separated to perform the business.
Leadership had of the leader that can
emerge from within informal organizations. Leader that have well leadership
atittude have some characteristic such as have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function,
behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and more intelligence. Determining of the leader based of
his qualities, his power and his ability to influence the other people.
Influence is the
ability of a person to gain cooperation from others by means of persuasion or
control over rewards, meanwhile the power is a stronger form of influence because it reflects a
person's ability to enforce action through the control of a means of
punishment.
Now, how someone can sayed as a good leader?
Someone can sayed as a good leader if he/she demonstrate persistence, tenacity,
determination, and synergistic communication skills in his/her groups. Good leaders use their own

achieve success.
So, how about the relations between a group and its leadership?

employees, and lasting to motivate them to be spirit always.
And than, the leader In an organization should have

I think, the good leader is

The different of “The Transactional
Leader” and “The Transformal Leader” is :
1.
The transactional leader is a tipe of the relationship between group and it
leadership in which, this relation give the
power to perform certain tasks and reward or punish for the team’s performance. In this term,
the leader give command for the employees, and all the employee agree to
perform it. The punish will created if the wrong act happen.
2.
The transformal leader is a tipe of the
relationship between group and it leadership in which, the well communication
will basicly of the work relationship to achieve success. In this term, the
leader not only give command for the employees, but he so can motivate them.
The punishment will never be, because
the well interaction of work relationship was created between them.

created in management? Is the business proccessing will get success in its

Answer :
If the leadership did not
created in management, so the management will broken. All the business
processing will never to perform, and surely the common goal will never
attained because the
intelligence, trustworthiness, humaneness , and discipline, did not grow
between the employees of the team.

happen if suppose nothing the ability to act together between all staff member
of a group?
Answer :
Cause the ability is the unique
power that can enable us to perfom all the activitions in business processing
so if it did not be of all staff member,
the common goal that planned before will never attained.

Answer :
The norms can included in the
characteristic of well functionings team because with it, all the staff member
will know about the standar of whatever can they do. And so, With Norms they
will never do such as their want, but their activities was controlled of the

the leader to get success?
Answer :
The
charisma power can supporting the leader to get success in which, with charisma
power, someone like a leader will have the positive influence on workers, and create the opportunity for
interpersonal influence.

be the effect for business processing of its managed of a dispower leader?
Answer :
Yes,
dispower leader will have the effect for
business processing, because the dispower
leader will can not to control his employees to work hard, and more, all
the problems of his business processing will never to solved, and his business
only can make his financial will loss.

discipline must applying in management by the leader? Explain it!
Answer :
Yes..!
Discipline must applying in management by the leader, because with it, the
employees will work in time and always to on time. With discipline, the
employes will more honor the time and the all of the norms.

The presentation was turn with very
well. In the presentation performance, the students creative to asking with
some question although not to all. But really, we fell happyness because they
just like to try to conversation for us. All the member of our group so have
